Works great for cold sinus but also dries to much
Outside of 4Way Sinus Spray this is my next go to when they cant be found. Works great but get a saline one as this will dry your nose and can cause some nose bleeds if uses to long. Saline helps keep moist. Best used for cold sinus congestion since colds are only temporary.
