Still waiting on my refund for this item!

Walmart tried it! They sold me a used and defective laptop and tried to pass it off as a new laptop. Outrageous.....buyers beware....I returned this laptop and they still haven't refunded me back my money! Walmart has had me on hold for 2 hours and 23 minutes. I will never buy anything electronic from these crooks again! Please be careful and don't be fooled by the prices!

Not new! Obviously used units. Packed in a postal service pouch inside of an Amazon padded envelope inside of a priority mail box. Seems to work, so far.
