Excalibur - 4-Tray Electric Food Dehydrator

I've only had this unit for a few days but love it! I've already made more jerky than I can eat by myself, plus zucchini chips, and dehydrated strawberries (yum!). I have Kale chips in there drying as we speak (er, write/read). It's a great machine, perfect for 1 person for jerky, but like another reviewer has said, I wish I would have gotten the 5 tray one for things like veggie chips. One medium zucchini took up 3 trays of this machine, and resulted in only a cereal bowl of finished chipsl. It's the perfect size for jerky though, and it's no problem to make extra batches of veggie chips. The unit is so quiet I don't even notice it.

I wish i had bought a larger size. For making chips out of vegetables etc. It only ends up as one mid size freezer bag. I am planning to make crackers out of my juicer waste which I think will be perfect.
