Great Jump Rope

I'm happy I decided to try this cable jump rope. I've been on the market for a jump rope for a while now and I have to say this is one of the better jump ropes out there. It's light weight, easy to use, and it doesn't hurt if you accidently hit yourself with it like I tend to do. The only setback for me personally is that it's a little long but I'm still able to use it just fine.

They say that a cable jump rope is just as effective as jogging,they're absolutely right,it truly is!
