Perfect for beginners or someone who struggles wit
Intense pigmentation, just one stroke and done! I think this product will be very useful for beginners, you can create bold or thin line with it. Liner dries out quickly, it matters to me most cause I wear lenses. For me it stayed for good 5-6 hrs and did not smudge!
