Lovely Printed Yoga Mat

Appealing print in shades of blue with a light yellow highlight in the mix that gives it a shade of translucent green on the blue. The thickness is 3 MM which provides a good deal of support and cushioning. It is lightweight for easy carrying but having used similar types of yoga mats in terms of their thickness, I have found them to be quite durable. This yoga mat has good sickness which is important for holding your pose. I update my yoga mat occasionally just for the change in color or pattern as the mat is fairly durable. This mat is made of PVC (polyvinyl chloride) foam, it is the most popular material for yoga mats as it is usually sold at a good price point. Measurements on the label are displayed in both imperial and metric. The length is standard at 68 inches as well as the width at 2 feet. I recommend this product for not only all levels in yoga but also for getting into a regular routine of stretching. Keep your back strong by enjoying this mat as part of a regular back stretching routine. Easy to keep clean with a wipe and it will be yours to enjoy for a long time!

Great yoga mat!

I really like this yoga mat. I've bought other yoga mats from athletic works before and also been satisfied. The 3mm thickness is my favorite since it's the right amount of cushion for your hands and knees but also thin enough than you are stabilized while holding poses. The color and print of this may is very pretty. It's easy to wipe down after a session of it dirty. I'd definitely recommend these mats.

Blue Yoga Mat

This stylish yoga mat is as fun to look at as it is to use. I love the colors and style of this particular mat. There are several styles to choose from. I have the blue with darker blue and light green waves. It measures 2 feet wide by 5 feet and 9 inches long. Plenty of room for any poses or stances you want to take. It is not very thick but thick enough for it's purpose. It has a good grip and is comfortable while standing and sitting on the mat. Apparently it is also a good mat for watching tv as well. That is what the kids thought it was for. Good thing they allow me to use it for it's intended purpose. :D It is light weight and easy to take with you. Easy to roll up and doesn't take up much space. Just tuck it under your arm and go with it. If you use it at home you can just roll up and put aside when not in use. I would recommend this mat to friends and family.
