Robust, strong, reasonably priced but not stylish

I bought these exclusively to protect my feet while hiking through rough terrain and brush/undergrowth, and they completely lived up to those expectations. They are very robust, heavy and look like they will withstand a lot of wear and tear. They are also pretty comfortable both with and without socks. They are not stylish and are not meant to look good - in fact they look downright ugly but I didn't buy them for their looks. For the price, it's a great deal.
