Nice couch and easy to put together! Had issues with the FedEx delivery saying they attempted to deliver and kept doing that for three days even though they never did since I was here the entire time and even standing outside watching they drive by on one of the days! There is NO recourse with them because all the phone calls for complaints are directly sent to a person in another country! They promised the first time that I called it wouldn’t happen again and LAUGHED at me the second time when I explained that I was elderly and couldn’t pick up at a drop off place. Get a better shipper for your items!!! So my couch rode around all week and weekend in a fedex truck. Ugh. I love my couch though! Good quality and does the job for what I needed!

My sister and I looked at this sofa together online and very much liked it. Saved it to my favorites but kept looking for something else however, I kept going back to it. At the end, the reviews helped, it has some of the best reviews, and I ordered it. It was delivered a week earlier than expected and both boxes got here at the same time. I was concerned with the weight but neither box were too heavy for me to bring them inside by myself. Assembling the sofa was easy, make sure you follow the very clear EIGHT pages of instructions. Do take everything out of the two boxes and inventory all the parts before assembling the sofa, it helps if you keep the parts organized by sections. You don’t need two people to assemble the sofa, the parts are not too heavy and is quite straight and to the point. The quality of the parts is quite impressive, you wouldn’t believe it! Very sturdy and well made. Both the seat and back cushions are very comfortable, both provide amazing support for your bottom and your back. The height and depth of the sofa are just perfect for me, I am not on the tall side and love the fact that I don’t feel like the sofa is too big, my feet also touch the floor when I’m sitting on it, which is a huge win for me! The added bonus USB drive charger is such a good practical addition and the sofa having the wide arms just makes it so convenient for you to place your phone on them while it charges. The gray color is very pretty and the material is soft, it feels good on your skin and it does not make you feel hot. You get a great piece for the price and will enjoy it, I fell asleep on it while watching tv on the first night after assembling it.
