This recliner is so un comfortable. I've only had this recliner for a couple weeks. The cushioning in the front of the seat has flattened down to the board. on both sides of the seat cushion by the arms are nothing but hard boards. the padding on the arms of the chair are so uncomfortable. they slip to the sides and underneath them are just hard boards. I am well within the weight limit and size expected for this chair. I am so disappointed as I am disabled and on a fixed income and it took quite a while to save up to buy what I thought would be a good quality comfortable chair.

First, The recliner is nice. Second, the shipping was terrible. Left NJ for VA. Sent to Calif and package 2 was lost there. Email stated chair package 1 and 2 was delivered, Not so. Cost $80 for assembly and complete order not delivered. Box 2 located in Chino Calif and arrived 4 days later, Another $80 to have it assembled. Walmart Customer service said they would pay for the error. Still waiting !!!!!!!!!
