I have 3 hurrycanes %26 this one is much more sturdy, the flashlight is so useful great idea. it stands better on its 4 toepads, which I don't step on %26 trip myself up like I do with the hurricane, %26 yes I am a clutz. it also has an alarm to signal for help should you fall. just an overall all around great cane. This cane is a big improvement. It folds but is strong when extended and stands by its self. It has a wide base. The extra handle makes your grip more sturdy and it is much easier to stand up from a sitting position. The light in the cane helps a lot at night when you have to get up in the dark. I have been very happy with this cane.
