This pillow works perfect for my side sleeping needs. Im not pregnant, but sleep with multiple pillows for back and side support. This pillow eliminated the mounds of pillows. Great for side sleeping, neck and back support. I was concerned about the size of the pillow stuffing, I wasnt sure if it was puffed enough. But it is perfect.
