I agonized for days after reading reviews and was most afraid of getting a unit full of damage but I seem to be a lucky one because there is none. It could have been as it really was not packaged well. I let it set for 24hrs before plugging it in and it's working great. Another thing that made me hesitant is the policy that says it has to be returned in 2 days of delivery THAT IS RIDICULOUS especially when the first 24 hrs it's not to be plugged in. I am surprised that I or anyone would buy this product with that RIDICULOUS rule. At least 7 days is more acceptable.

I can not give an accurate rating on keeping the temp. Comparing this brand to other name brands; it concerns me because the walls on this one is not as thick as the ones we have at home. This one will go to our fish camp so it will be put to the test on freezing fish! As for as the looks, it is very nice, good price, but the final test will be if it freezes well.

The product is lightweight and easy to set up. It’s disappointing that it is dented upon opening despite the styrofoam and protective packaging. I should have paid a scratch and dent price not full price for this.
