So far I'm loving this! I've been using the waist trimmer at home to do gentle stretching and yoga and am impressed with how well it's working. Even though I'm not doing anything too strenuous, I find that I'm perspiring a lot around my waist area and am looking forward to trimming my figure accordingly.
