My favorite hot sauce

This sauce is so tasty! It's unlike anything else I've tasted, and I've tried many different sauces over the years. Firstly, it's not spicy (to me). It's less spicy than Cholula. Secondly, it's very savory. When using this on my eggs, I do not need to add salt or pepper. It's very bold in the salt category. Lastly, it's on the chunky side, as far as sauces go. There are tiny bits of peppers and/or onions in it, and that is my favorite part! So great on tacos, salads, eggs, etc. This sauce has been hard to find for me, so I've always got a spare bottle stocked up.
