Great baking system for RVs without an oven

I have a Class B Airstream Touring Rv and I got the Ominia because my RV does not have a stove. I made canned pillsbury biscuits using the Omnia and each time the rolls turned out golden brown on the top and soft in the middle. I kept the burner on low flame and baked the biscuits for 20 minutes until they turned golden brown on the top. I think it took a little longer because I kept lifting the lid to peek inside to see if the rolls were done. So Try not to keep lifting up the lid. Just put a timer on for at least 20 minutes before taking a peak. If they are not golden brown at that point the put the lid back on for another 4 minutes. This Omnia system is expensive for something that looks like a bundt pan but but it truly works. I love this system so much I went ahead and purchased another set. One will be for baking biscuits and the other one will be used to bake breakfast casseroles. I suggest also buying the silicon baking pan and the baking rack to make cakes and pizza. The rack is good to reheat food or roast meats like chicken, steaks, brats etc...
