Not good stay away

I recently purchase the CTECHi GT200 Portable Power Station the device will not charge anymore, tryin to charge the power station via AC power and after 4 hours the device still don't show any bars. I was also trying to charge the power station using a 50W solar panel and it will not charge with the solar panel The customer service at Ctechi will not respond to e-mail or web site chat
