Constructed from medium grain C2/K20 tungsten carbide, the drill bit has good toughness, high hardness (HRA89) and good wear resistance. With good milling and cutting performance, can ensure high work efficiency. Carbide tool offers long tool life and faster cutting speeds than other substrates.
Widely used for drilling non-ferrous metal, cast iron, stainless steel, aluminum, copper, alloy steel, plastic, wood, etc.. Designed with the base substrate without any additional coatings, suitable for wide ranges of applications.
Spiral chip space design for fast and clean chip removal. Sharp cutting edge provides smooth cutting and no glitches. Suitable lubricant is conducive to cutting or cooling, making cutting easier, improving smoothness and dimensional accuracy.
Used on machining centers, CNC lathes. The longer the length of the tool clamped by the chuck, the better. If the clamping length is shorter, you need to lower the feed rate and cutting speed to reduce vibration and extend the tool life.
Tips: Combined with the material to be processed, select an appropriate feed rate and cutting speed to improve the tool life and obtain better processing accuracy and performance.
