Why don't you sell refill packs?

I love this product and have used it for years. With the current state of climate change, why are you not selling refill packs? Instead you have to buy the whole product again and waste all that packaging? Not to mention you then get ANOTHER brush and tweezers..... I love it but it's forcing me to look elsewhere.

I use this product religiously

I have been using this product for about 4/5 years and I am now on my 4 one. It is the only product that matches my brow color perfectly and has always been the easiest/fastest way to do my brows. I was so upset when they discontinued it at Ulta for the new pro kit since that is where I usually purchase this, but honestly I wouldn't use all the options they put it in so I will stick with this product for a lonnnnnnng time.

Easy to use but just not worth the price

I've been using this product for about a month now after purchasing it online. I went for shade 4 which is actually a little light for my brows (my fault of course for guessing online). The product is super easy to use and a very handy kit, I just don't think it's worth the price! It's not amazingly pigmented, it doesn't last any longer than other brow products i've used. It's just a basic eyebrow kit and I think the price is way too high. A good kit to get but i'm sure there are better for cheaper.
