Your Sealy products was manufactured and distributed under license by Domus Vita Inc. This warranty is valid only to the original purchaserâs sole and exclusive remedy. Through this warranty, Domus Vita Inc. warrants that all products sold under this agreement shall be free of any defects in parts and workmanship if used under normal conditions. This is the only warranty made by Domus Vita Inc. and is made in lieu of implied warranties of merchantability or �tness for any particular purpose. Parts or Workmanship Defects: In the unlikely event that any parts or workmanship are defective, will, at Domus Vita Inc.âs discretion, either repair or replace the product at no charge (parts only) to the original purchaser for the duration of the productâs full warranty.
