I am usually not one to write a review but felt compelled to write one based on this product and my experience with customer service. First, the chairs are amazing! They are exactly what is pictured. I couldn't be happier with their size and the quality. I can say that the assembly was pretty self explanatory but can be a little challenging with one person. I opted to use a rubber mallet to get the brackets to fit more securely. Overall took me maybe 15-20 minutes to put each chair together. Second, is the customer service. All I can say is amazing. As I mentioned, I ordered two chairs. Both came before the estimated delivery date. However they came two different days. It's been my experience that when I order two or more of something it is delivered together but this was not the case. It wasn't clear to me as to why so I reached out to customer service regarding the delivery of the second chair. They had 48 hours to respond to my question, it only took 9. She also provided a reason for the delay as well as a second tracking number. After it was all said and done she reached out to me again confirming the delivery. Her attention to my concern went above and beyond. So in closing to this very long review I would highly recommend these chairs and company. I couldn't be happier.

When I first began assembling this chair I thought we were missing a part. Part F. I was so frustrated and disappointed. I immediately contacted the manufacturer the response waas less than 12 hours. I was very impressed by their attention to my problem. They were able to inform me that the missing piece was not in fact missing but attached to the seat on the bottom. lol it was my own lack of attention. But now that the chair is together I'm very impressed. Not only with the quality but their customer service. I will buy from them again.
