These knives are so good! Very very sharp. It says hand wash but I wash them in the dishwasher and they are fine. I cut myself twice already because they are so sharp. I like that they are one piece...no gaps or lines between the handle and blade. If they dull I should be able to use a knife sharpener to sharpen them.
