After weeks, months, YEARS of cleaning up spills, pet drama and such, I decided to try the wet/dry option. Game changer! The machine was easy to set up, EASY TO CLEAN, and easy to use. The self cleaning mode along with the easiness of the parts coming apart to be cleaned further is a Yes from me. I've had the Bissell Green Spot cleaner for years, yet never feel the hose and nozzle are sufficiently clean. Not so with the crosswave. Love it, would buy it again!!!

I have been dedicated to another big brand in floor mops, but after a brand new unit stopped working after 5 days, I decided to give Bissell a try. I love this mop!
