Junk for a measuring tool

Complete Junk. Over priced garbage. It arrived with a broken lock. Can't lock the measuring tape when measuring. I bought better measuring tapes at Dollar Tree. I had to buy a another retractable measuring tape at Home depot. Bought a Stanley brand cheaper that works and locks. Do not buy here please.

I used this the first time and the tape does not retract and now it is dangerous because the tape if 25ft long and it will potentially cut me if I try to close it again.
