We purchased this item because my wife required sterile pads. When the item arrived, we couldn't believe the condition. the box of pads was totally open and contorted totally out of shape. Because we needed them immediately, she accepted them and had to wipe each envelope with alcohol to sterilize. I said let's send them back!... but because she needed them, she decided to clean them individually. This is very disappointing for Walmart delivery. I feel cheated even for the small amount involved. I think if you received your product like we did, you'd be wanting a refund. Whatever.
