Great buy! I ordered this chair back in December 2020 and been using it a minimum once a week. No issues. Comes on a pallet and is heavy to move alone. Easy to put together if your a little handy. If your 5'ft 5" this chairs is perfect. Any shorter and you have to adjust the way you sit. Compared to the mall and resort massage chairs this chair is very similar. All the settings are nice and target neck, back and feet with nods. Shoulders , waist, forceps/hands and calves with compression. All in all for this price this chair is nice and well worth it if your looking for a message chair.
