skeptical at first BOY I WAS MISTAKEN

Okay I received this as a gift and honestly was nervous with putting my kitchen knives into it. After checking the degree angle the manufacturers use vs the machines sharpening angle only my shun was of a different angle. First up my prized chef swiss henkle . Lack of sharpening ability over the years have taken their toll on my prized chefs knife and it was dull and dangerous in result, Five passes both sides and I am simply amazed my beloved knife is restored to its once grandeur. Sharp enough to tackle 10 pork loins with out having to steel the blade once more. It became a two day long job and my entire kitchen cutting sections all have sharp edges once more. Simple easy to use even someone without sharpening experience can restore any kitchen knife now !!!

Easy

Quick and easy knife sharpener, good for anybody. I had a few doing it in the kitchen and decided to dry it out worked good enough. This little gadget is pretty quick and easy and if you're not familiar with using a whetstone or Honing rod it works great. This thing would be good for any level of user.

Great little machine

I have to tell you that I was blown away by this knife sharpener. When I saw how small it was, I figured it was not a quality machine. WRONG! This sharpener is amazing! I watched the manufacturer's instructional video, it showed this little machine sharpening hatchets and small axes. There isn't hardly anything too big or too small for this machine and it does a great job in very little time with very little wear on the sanding belt. To top it all off, replacement belts are very reasonable. This sharpener is a great investment and will make your wife happy with a drawer full of very sharp knives.
