These are really good protein shakes that you can drink on their own or mix in your coffee like i do occasionally. I like that these aren't chalky and thick like other protein shakes, they're also surprisingly super tasty like you wouldn't know their protein shakes if you did t read the label!

Quick protein

This shake was pretty good, no chalky taste/consistancy. I prefer not to drink it from the container and get a big glass, add a bit of ice and pour it over the ice. Shake well until you see all the chocolate is mixed on the bottom of container.
