Nice set!
The nonstick on these pans is impeccable! The pieces are super lightweight which is great if you are making a lot of food. One of my favorite things about the collection is the Thermopoint dot on the handles, it changes colors for heat and cool; super helpful while you're prepping or waiting to clean the pieces. Great cookware and it's made in Italy!
Great set of cookware with a fantastic non stick coating, free from chemicals, and manufactured in Italy. The price is attractive, and the set is complete with two fry pans, one with a lid, 1.5 quart sauce pan and 4.8 quart dutch oven, as well as an adorable red foldable colander. Heats up and cleans up fast. Nice tight lids, and European design makes these my go to set.

An excellent Zwilling product made in Italy and innovative! This Ballarini Matera line, is an eye-catching cookware with the beauty of granitium non-stick. This is almost a combination of Ballarini Pisa on the outside and alike of Parma granitium coating. This is a perfectly complete set of pots and pans for all your daily cooking needs and a bonus foldable colander is an unbeatable deal. Set includes 2 frying pan, one of the frypan comes with the lid. Frying pan is great for frying eggs, pancakes, omelette, scrambled eggs, sauteing, excellent frittata pan, and browning. The dutch oven is for cooking pasta and grains, braising meat and poultry, making broth, perfect for cooking sauces and soup, and excellent deep frying pan. This set has a small saucepan for single-serve, can be used for heating food, great for cooking sauces, soup, and grains. Don't forget, it comes with the tempered glass lid and these pots are oven safe up to 300F. Granitium is a revolutionary formula inspired by the ancient technique of cooking on stone. The inside of the pan does look like a stone however it is not, it is reinforced with ceramic particle coating. Having said that, it has 3 extra-durable layers of PFOA-free Granitium non-stick reinforced with ceramic particle coating, that offers effortless release in cooking and quick cleanup. An ergonomic handle plastic with soft-touch effect of Thermopoint technology guarantees precise temperature control, it turns red when the pan is hot, it tells you it's time to cook and green when it is cooled down then it is time to wash your pan. By cooling down the pan, it is to protect your pan from sudden temperature change, preventing from damaging the coating in the pan. This hard "nonstick surface with a heart of stone" is fork-proof, metal utensil proof and extremely scratch-resistant however wood and silicone kitchen tools are recommended. It is easy to clean, just soak with water and soap and use a sponge to remove food residue. Cleaning is a breeze!!!
