The 3M Promogran Prisma Matrix Silver Collagen Dressing is a sterile wound treatment and surgical dressing designed to support healing by managing the wound micro-environment. This hexagon-shaped dressing, measuring 4.34 inches, comes in a convenient 2-pack. It features a unique blend of 55 percent collagen, 44 percent oxidized regenerated cellulose (ORC), and 1 percent silver-ORC, which works to absorb destructive components of chronic wound fluid and maintain a moist environment conducive to positive cellular growth. This non-adhesive dressing is indicated for the management of various wounds healing by secondary intent, such as venous leg ulcers, diabetic foot ulcers, pressure ulcers, and traumatic or surgical wounds, provided they are clear of necrotic tissue.
