There's really no taste... t's all depends on what you add to these noodles. What matters to me is that these noodles are keto friendly and super easy to prepare. All you need to do is put the noodles into a strainer and rinse them under warm water - DONE!

I love these konjac noodles! A great way to add volume and fiber to your meal without additional calories! I also like that they offer fettuccine shaped noodles instead of just angel hair like alot of other companies. I will definitely purchase this brand again.

Great pasta replacement and only 10 calories

There really is not much of a taste to them but they pair well with pasta sauce or in broths and are very versatile. I love the ease of use. simply empty contents of perfectly portioned serving into a colander and rinse under hot water to warm them and add your favorite sauce or topping etc. but I use them as a pasta replacement and add a low carb sauce such as Yo Mamma or Roas and maybe some browned grass fed low fat beef and it make a delicious low calorie low carb high protein meal. 1 pk of noodles is only 10 cals. What's not to love. Great for GLP1 diets.
