The FitBar Pull Up Ball Grips have a 3” diameter molded-in surface texture which provides great grip characteristics with outstanding durability. Un-like other ball grips, the flat on the top increases the ability to get your fingers over the top of the ball for maximum hand engagement. The FitBar Pull Up Ball Grip hooks fits any 1.5” or smaller diameter bar. Use the FitBar Ball Grips when performing pull ups to develop grip, forearm, and biceps strength. The large hook is also perfect for use with exercise bands, so you can develop grip strength while performing multiple band exercises. The hooks on the Ball Grips also work well with cable machines for rows, lat pull downs, and cable curls.
