I just put the pool cover on today. As far as I know so far the cover looks good however the cable for holding the cover down was about two feet short. I had to go to town and find an alternative. Just got a call of follow up on the above concern. They offered a replacement cable which I didn't really need at this point so they offered a refund for the amount of the cable. I really appreciated the follow up
