Great for Beginners!
I bought this bench last year and its still works great. The bar holds only 100 lbs, but honestly that is all you need. I was a beginner and even though I have been lifting for a while now, 100 lbs is still a good amount for a great workout. I am 5, 4.5 and the bar is perfect. I wouldn't recommend this for anyone taller than 5, 4. The leg developer isn't that great to be honest, so just use the barbell and the weights to do some squats for a lower body workout. Overall, this is a steal for $100.
