Love the look and size

Overall, I am pleased with this scooter. It was easy for me to assemble alone even though the directions advise 2 people assemble rather than a senior. It fit through the front door with no problem. There needs to be a better way to hold the battery in place. It slides onto a shelf and comes out when changing from incline to level, sloping downward, even braking. It has a nice speed and is quite easy to drive/maneuver once you figure out how to gauge your speed. It is a little inconvenient to have to push the button before and after going into reverse. Yet, that's not a big deal. I am still trying to figure out how to assemble the included basket. The scooter will not go forward over bumps of 3 inches or more or on inclines. I could drive down my driveway but not back up. It, also, doesn't do well on rough terrain such as grass. Finally, I am not sure it will be conducive to my needs of making my frequent travel easier. That's the main reason I got it. It was said to be light and easy to fold. The scooter is very heavy. It doesn't fold as easily as stated and the directions caution that two-people handle it. I fear I will not be able to lift it into the trunk by myself and, definitely, not into the back of my SUV without assistance. I am looking into the lift/trailer for the back of my SUV. I am looking for a bag/case for the battery and seat for when I remove them to fly. Overall, it's a very good product for getting around the neighborhood.
