Love how clean it looks

I bought this about a month or so ago. It's perfect for my space, as it keeps my recyclables and waste tucked away in a stylish way. It's easy to change the bags and dump my recyclables into a larger yardie for city pick-up. I would like to know how to get the lid and rim to "lock" up when changing out the bags. This is a feature, as advertised and I have only been able to get the trash can to do it once, by mistake. However, it's not very intuitive on how to do it on purpose and also how to unlock it safely. I ended up just pushing down the lid and the rim but I was scared the whole time that I might actually break it. Thankfully it didn't break, but I don't know how to initiate this feature on purpose/safely. That's why I rated it a 4, not a 5.

Tight trash/recyle bin

ordered this for our kitchen in our new home that didn't have the built-in trash/recycling combo pull out. Love the design on the outside but the inside is very tight. Still not sure how to make a trash bag fit on the trash side. recycle side doesn't have one. It arrived with a dent on the bottom side and I called they sent a replacement and that too, arrived with a dent in the exact same place.
