Nice!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've never used power clubs before and this pair is a great way to get started. They are not too heavy so they are easy to swing around. They feel comfortable in my hands and I even use them as weights while walking.

Strength Building

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These power clubs are perfect for working out and trying to maintain strength. The are so much better than the old fashioned dumb bells are so much easier to work with. My husband and I are getting up in our years and my husband undergoes chemotherapy so these are perfect for him to maintain some muscle strength. He now keeps them by his chair and uses them while he drinks his coffee, watches television and walks around the house with them. He jokes that they could be a weapon if needed, haha. Great weights and I think they would make a great gift for loved ones.
