Honestly best bang for your buck. Good solid 30min walking daily. Be sure to read the manual for adjusting the treadmill and lubricating as needed. It doesn't take up too much space but also doesn't feel small to walk on. The only thing is that if I pause, the time/cal/distance results reset. But not a big deal for me.

I'm 225lbs, and this small treadmill holds up well When I pulled it out of the box it looked like a toy compared to the larger treadmill I previously had, but it serves it's purpose and that's all that matters.
