I love this walking pad! I use it while watching TV and it is quiet enough for that. I have a long stride and I do not fall off the back or hit the front. The different speeds are perfect for casual stride or heart raising speed! Remote is super easy and fits easily in hand for ease of changing speeds while walking, or just let the wrist holder hang on to it for you. Compact and easily slides away under bed when having friends over.

No assembly required, just take out of the box and plug in. The ease and smoothness of the walking pad is amazing. Start off at a slower pace and then gradually increase to your walking comfort level. The remote lets you speed up or slow down at the press of a button. There are rollers at the front end for easy movement of the unit. It is not heavy at all for one person to move on their own. Highly recommend this product. Love it!!!

The walking treadmill is great but if it came with the bar i didn't received that part only the treadmill itself. So please let me know if it was suppose to come with cause on the order it shows it on there but wasn't in the box. Other then that I absolutely love it.
