Classic design and super dependable

The Zyliss Easy Corkscrew is a sturdy, well-made product. The screw portion is sharp-pointed to help it penetrate easily into the cork. But it is also thick and strong to prevent it from bending or breaking. The wings raise automatically as the screw drives down into the cork. When the wings are raised as far as they can go, it is time to press the arms down and extract the cork. The screw does not overpenetrate the cork so you don't have to worry about cork pieces falling into your wine. Even with my arthritic hands, this corkscrew works perfectly and easily every time. I expect it will last for many years.
