Battery Voltage Sensor

The BVS plug and wire were fine for its intended purpose but the ring terminals on this kit were poor quality. The plastic insulator that gets crimped with the terminal was loose, and it would fall off and slide down the wire. I ended up cutting the terminals off and re-crimped new ones on with heat shrink for a much cleaner look. Honestly, you could get all the parts to make a voltage sensor cheaper than buying this, but I only realized this after I had it installed.

Update this tech

The post attachments are way too small and had to be threaded in, came unattached to the green plug with no clear directions anywhere as to which wire went in which side. Hope I got that right. and the green plug does not fit in its seat with the other in place. had to modify the body of the main unit to get both plugs to fit. Overall poor design intended for god knows what, but not for this unit.
