this review is 100 percent about how Walmart has continued to ignore my request for a refund for the Renogy solar panels that was delivered Dec 10th completed damaged beyond repair. The damage was documented with Renogy and Walmart through multiple emails with photos, but still to this day Walmart has not issued a refund for the damaged panels. Everytime I call to speak with an agent, they tell me the same story. You will receive your refund within 10 days. 10 day go by and another agent tells me they have submitted the matter to higher up and once again I have to wait another 10 days to get a refund. Walmart, you should be ashamed of yourself being one of the richest companies on the planet and still cant do right by a customer.
