I love these and get many compliments on them. I just wish the legs had some kind of protection because they make a horrible noise when they pull out lol. The padding on the bottom cushion is so good though. I built both in like 5 minutes

Expectations versus reality failed
The quality is ok for the price but the pictures are not accurate in my opinion. The color is closer to a dusty lilac than an dusty rose like the photos suggest. Also the fabric mentioned is “leathaire” which is hard to translate, and look more like faux leather in the website images, than velvet ! I cannot help to feel so disappointed as I was expecting something similar with the pictures, look like old rose faux leather chairs. They are not even close to look like the same. It's a complete different product I would never have ordered if the pictures were more accurate. And I also missing a foot pad.

Screw holes do not match the screw.
Dear seller, please check your workers job before shipping, because this is not acceptable! BOTH chairs have DEFECTED screw HOLES , so 25% of screws CANNOT fit and be screwed to the chairs to hold the chair legs . The chairs are BEAUTIFUL, BUT PEOPLE CANNOT USE THEM BECAUSE OF NEGLECT WORK OF your workers. Please SCREW ALL chair legs by yourself, use EVERY SINGLE screw, then unscrew , pack and ship the items to the people. It will take you some time, but will save YOU money and keep the company name ABOVE all others. Thanks!
