An eyeliner that gives you the intensity of a liquid liner with a simple stroke. Its silky formula glides on and stays put all day without ever needing to be sharpened. It features a smudge tip on one end for the perfect smoky finish. Directions: Swivel up only 1/8 inch (the pencil does not retract to avoid exposing formula to air, which is drying). Line your eyes. Use the tool on the opposite end to gently smudge color to desired effect. Allow the color to set for 60 seconds to ensure transfer resistance. Recap securely after using to protect the silky formula. Use it alone or over eyeshadow and remove with your favorite eye makeup remover.
