Instructions

Swivel up only one-eighth of an inch (pencil does not retract to avoid exposing formula to air, which is drying). Line eyes, then use the smudge tool on the opposite end to gently smudge color to desired effect. Allow color to set for 60 seconds to ensure transfer resistance. Recap securely after using to protect the silky formula. Remove with your favorite Clinique eye makeup remover.

Quality eyeliner hat's good or mature eyes

This violet Clinique Quikliner has been my favorite for years. It goes on smoothly so you don't have to pull and tug at your delicate eye area and the built in smudges just adds to the convenience. It also lasts all day but it is easily removed with a gentle face cleanser and water. It rarely goes on sale so when I see it on sale I try to snap it up. Highly recommend.
