Great product (rating) - disappointed in shipping

The Protein Water is wonderful but the condition of the boxes and the bottles inside were unnecessary. 2 cased were put in a box that was way oversized and by the time I got them the bottles were out of their shrink wrap and floating all over inside the box. The second box had a large hole in it but the case of bottles was still shrink wrapped. I was disappointed as it made it very difficult to move the cases around. This is the second time I had lose bottles when delivered.
