These have great arch support! I have very flat feet and was in pain all of the time. My doctor told me to wear good shoes with arch support insoles so I bought these. They are serious support. I've worn the previous version by New Balance and these are so much better. They are stiffer than the old ones but provide so much more support. They can take a bit to get used to but the pain is gone! Well worth the money.
