These insoles are very well constructed and give great support for both heel and arch. I have plantar fasciitis in both feet and use insoles for that in my regular shoes. I got these for my boots that I work in every day on my farm because I need something a little more sturdy for boots. They take a little time to form to your feet, especially in the arch, but provide great support. They seem to make you stand up straighter also. I will keep buying these in the future.

These insoles are fantastic! Product came in a nice package and are a good size (slightly larger) to fit sized 11-13 shoes. If you need, you can trim the edges a bit to make them fit into your shoe if it's on the smaller side. The bases of the insoles are a little bit sticky which allow them to stay in place when inserted into your boots / shoes. What I like about these are the additional support that you receive in your foot arches. I've been told by podiatrists that I may have flatter feet, so these insoles really do give me the support that I need. The black / red color looks great, and the soft, gel-like feel of the insoles make standing around for long periods of time much more bearable.
