This CULINARY CHEF PIZZA OVEN is above and beyond what I expected! Packaged very, very well, nothing missing nothing damaged. The Rocker Cutter has a very tight fitting blade cover for safety. It is made very good quality, heavy duty, nothing flimsy. I needed a new pizza cooker, the one I had the handle on the pull out door thing fell apart. I hated to pay this much at first but then considering the cost to have a pizza delivered and tips I decided to do it. Honestly, I have learned that the sellers who have a video of their products are usually the best ones and this had a video. It really exceeded what I expected in every aspect. Everything functions just as stated in the description and it is VERY EASY to use. I followed the instructions and my first pizza (frozen thin crust store bought) cooked fantastic. The oven has the glass you can see it cook and it cooks very evenly and you can adjust the temperature and timer as need. The instruction say it may smoke during first pre-heat but mine didn't. The door opens and closes very smoothly nothing loose or rattly like the little one I had, this is a real piece of excellent quality and craftsmanship. There is a light in. It actually looks and feels like a commercial quality cooker. I used to do food service. It really looks very nice too. The handle did not get hot but the exterior of course as it heats is hot but seemed mostly on top. This is very nice and I really like everything about it. It really is worth what I paid for it.
