Very happy to be invited to review Dr. Tobias's Candida product. I have used this product on and off for years and it works extremely well in concert with acidophilus supplements/foods high in acidophilus and healthy bacteria like kefir. This product helps when you have issues with candida, which can cause all kinds of problems. I've noticed improvement with bathroom issues and overall wellbeing when I take these...I just wish there was a little more guidance on how long to take them for (ex: 1 month? 6 or 8 weeks? Forever?) I've taken this supplements for about a year now to help maintain a healthy level of gut flora. I take it along with other probiotics and it has helped my regularity and complexion. I've tried other brands that are supposed to do the same but find that this is a better quality. The price hasn't changed too much over the course of a year either.
