Sturdy and nice

This bed is very nice. Looks worth more then what its listed for. Plenty of storage. I actually turned trundle area into another storage area and it's great. The only thing that you should know is that you cannot sit on bottom bed because top bed hits your head. But I mean if you want the extra storage then I guess you put up with having less area on bottom bed.

Great at first....then

Hayneedle had great customer service when the instructions did not arrive with the bed. Unloaded the pieces and found the wood was split and gouges in the wood on the headboard piece. Called again and received a discount again because it would take a while. Received the first discount and it has been a week and the rest is yet to show. I have called hayneedle and walmart and no resolve to this situation. The bed is together and we fixed it but the company has yet to make good on its promise. No one knows where the money is and promises to resolve time frames pass and I have to call!
